“ This location will be permanently closing Tuesday Feb 28, 2017, and moving down the street to their new location with a drive-thru, at 856 Cromwell ave Suite A, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 (photo below) and reopening on March 3, 2017. ”
“ Of all the Starbucks in the area, this is my family's favorite. The lines can be daunting, but they always move fast. The baristas are super friendly, and they always get our drinks right. They helped me create low sugar drinks. They also helped my husband get the biggest bang for his (free drink) buck. Today, they went out of their way to help my son. Starbucks is one of the only place that carries Horizon organic chocolate milk. It's also the only time that he gets chocolate milk. After finding the fridge empty of his favorite drink, we asked them to check the back. Unfortunately, they had run out. One of the baristas offered to make him one. The look on Jacob's face, when he got his very own Starbucks cup with a green straw, was priceless! With it's outdoor seating, awesome employees and great location, this is one the best Starbucks in CT! ”
“ This location is one of my favorites for Starbucks. The location is close by and is located on the corner, so you have plenty people watching opportunities. As this location offers the option of outdoor seating for customers. This is very cool in the summer time, when you can sit outside and relax with a refreshing beverage, ice coffee or a tea. There are at least 4 tables and two of the have umbrellas to block any sun glare. The inside of this starbucks is well designed offering plenty of seating and tables to work and sit at. There are also options for sitting in some comfy chairs or at the mini bar to watch the coffee making process. There is a small open fridge for cool, pre-made drinks and the options to try some sandwiches, breads or desert treats at the counter. There is an aisle and the wall of starbucks goodies that you can purchase. It is very cool to see art on the wall and I believe that you can purchase this art if you are interested. This location does offer a local community board. Staff are always friendly and helpful; drinks are made well. The interior and exterior are always kept clean. No drive thru, this is walk-in only but worth the visit inside. Enjoy! ”
“ This Starbucks always does a good job at making good drinks and providing friendly service. I've never had a drink order messed up here, and I've been over 50 times since moving to CT in May. The staff has been pretty cool and genuine from my experiences. The food is usually stocked well during the day, and I've never waited long for any hot items. ”
“ This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. I am most familiar with the weekday staff, who are always efficient, friendly and get my complicated coffee order correct every time. Even when the lines are long, the wait time is never unreasonable. The place is always nice & clean & has lots of cozy seating options. Being gluten free, I am unable to indulge in any sandwiches or many treats, but I can say that the pre-packaged Rice Krispie treats are awesome. I have never had any complaints about this location except that it's not on my way to work...& honestly that's best for my wallet anyway! ”
“ Starbucks is my local coffee house. Comfortably nestled along a well traveled road (Route 3) in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. As soon as you walk through the doors you enter what one would consider a typically consider a "Starbucks Experience" This location has a couple of leather chairs and some tables for people to meet and enjoy the atmosphere and aroma that surrounds partons. They also have outdoor seating which makes for good people watching when the weather is warm. The store is always clean and well maintained. Yes it is a bit pricey than some of the other coffee shops in the area, but I don't think that I have ever had a bad cup of coffee or espresso from the barista's that work behind the courter. I can't say that honestly about those other coffee shops. ”
“ Typical Starbucks....except no drive thru at this location. (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) Employees are friendly, coffees made correctly (not always the case, altho every location i've ever been to they are always happy to remake it!) but so far, so good at this location! Good supply of goodies, always fresh and yummy. :O) ”
